For time:

  • 50 cal AssaultBike
  • 100 walking lunges
  • 50 wall balls (20/14, 10ft/9ft)
  • 100 walking lunges
  • 50 cal AssaultBike


Notes

Your biggest challenge for today will be to hit solid sets on the wall balls. Shoot for a minimum of 10 reps every time you pick up the ball. Other than that... RIP legs. 


Subs

Wall balls = light DB thrusters


Scaling

Reduce reps on lunges, and/or scale the wall ball load as needed.
