  • 20 cal AssaultBike
  • 20 power cleans (95/65)
  • 20 front rack walking lunges (95/65)


Notes

It's time to grind. This is more a test of will than skill. Be smart. Don't come out too hot, and try to minimize breaks and transition times.


Subs

BB power cleans = DB power cleans

BB front rack lunges = DB front rack lunges


Scaling

Reduce load and/or reps as needed.
