What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, products must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and placed on a pallet. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date and require prior approval before shipping the product back.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Fully assembled products are not eligible for return unless they are disassembled and reboxed.
- If the returned product is not in its original packaging, not in new condition, or not on a pallet, a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund.
- All refunds will be less the shipping, freight, and handling costs incurred for both delivery and return.

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?
No, we do not. We must have a physical address to deliver all shipments.

If a product is out of stock a pre-order notice will be listed next to the item and at checkout.

Our AssaultBike is designed to assemble quite easily. In fact, it is roughly 75% assembled right out of the box. Simply follow the instructions and allow yourself approximately 35-45 minutes. The tools to assemble the product are included.

How does our treadmill differ from the competitors?
We believe that our treadmill is the most bio-mechanically correct, therefore enhancing your overall running experience.
Does the AssaultRunner require electricity?
No. Our AssaultRunner is self powered and only require 4 AA batteries for the display.
How difficult is the AssaultRunner to move?
We have designed the treadmill for ease of mobility by providing a transport handle and wheels that are always in contact with the ground.
What metrics are displayed on the AssaultRunner console?
We use a different set of metrics than competitor treadmills. Our metrics include, watts, HR, speed, RPM, Distance, Time, Calories, and Programs. It also include a quick button to change from KM to Miles.
Does the AssaultRunner have connectivity capabilities?
We incorporate Bluetooth and Ant+ technology in all of our consoles.
