Shipping policy

Shipping of AssaultBikes, AssaultRunners, & AssaultRowers

Once your order is received and processed, in-stock items will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Destination times vary depending on weather, distance and accessibility to your city. Some cities, including lower-populated areas, may require additional time because carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping department confirming your purchase has shipped, and giving you freight carrier information, tracking number and instructions.

Your shipment leaves our dock in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage and incorrect quantity before signing. Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of lading for claim against carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off, limits our liability as well as the freight carrier.

The Assault Fitness cardio equipment are shipped via freight company, which provides a curbside delivery. Curbside means the freight company is only obligated to bring it to your curb. It is your responsibility to provide help in getting your order off the truck and into your home. It is helpful to have a hand truck available. For an additional charge, a truck with a lift gate may be requested.

For liability reasons, freight companies are prohibited from bringing deliveries inside. If you live at a location that limits access to your property you will be responsible for transfer from the closest access point. Rural locations may be limited.

Shipping of Parts and Accessories

All of our accessories and parts are shipped via FedEx, a trusted carrier that will deliver your order right to your door. FedEx shipping options and delivery costs will be chosen at checkout.

Shipping of Apparel

All apparel is shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Transit times are approximate, apparel orders may take up to 24 hours to ship. All apparel sales are FINAL. 

Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred, both directions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned or additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

Limited Free Shipping

Free shipping offers are limited and only apply to the AssaultBikes, AssaultRunners, AssaultRowers, and special offers. Free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous United States. For shipping costs to other locations and including international, please contact us via phone or email for a quote.
