  • 10 back squats (225/155)


Notes


Can you produce power on the bike and still go unbroken on the squats? Today is a test of power endurance. Make sure you leave plenty of time for the squats. 


Subs


  • AssaultBike = AssaultRower
  • BB back squats = DB front squats 2:1


Scaling


Reduce load and/or cals as needed.

  • 30 cal AssaultBike
  • 10 back squats (135/95)
