EMOM until failure on the AssaultBike:
- Minute 1: 2 calories + 1 burpee
- Minute 2: 4 calories + 2 burpees
- Minute 3: 6 calories + 3 burpees
- Minute 4: 8 calories + 4 burpees
*Continue adding 2 cals + 1 burpee until you can't finish the work inside the minute.
Notes
Classic "death by" WOD today with a burpee kicker. Enjoy the early minutes. This will escalate quickly once it hits the tipping point.
