Dynasty Training head coaches go through a partner workout using the assault airbike during circuit with strength training and HIIT exercises.
Warm up, then perform:
- 40 second sprint on the AssaulBike
- 10 deadlifts
- 10 burpee jumps w/ 10 ball throws
Repeat the circuit 5 times!
