AssaultWOD: AssaultRunner Endurance

Challenge yourself to this AssaultRunner endurance workout. 

In 25 minutes, accumulate as much distance as possible on the AssaultRunner.

Every 5 minutes, come off the runner and perform 2 rounds of:

  • 15 sandbag deadlifts
  • 10 sandbag squats
  • 5 sandbag presses
