Then at the 10 minute mark, perform 5 Rounds of:

  • 6 calorie AssaultRunner
  • 6 DB front squats (55/40)
  • 6 DB push press (55/40)

Then at the 20 minute mark, perform  5 Rounds of:

  • 5 calorie AssaultRunner
  • 5 DB front squats (55/40)
  • 5 DB push press (55/40)
