Combine running and bodybuilding to get terrific strength adaptations and build your endurance at the same time. Build a great sweat + get an epic pump - try this workout:
15-21 Running Clock
Begin Running at an Easy to Moderate Pace
*At minutes 3,6,9,12,15,18, and 21 get off the AssaultRunner and complete:
- 12 Tall Kneeling KB Horn Grip Bicep Curls
- 12 90/90 Legs KB Hammer Grip Tricep Extensions
- 20 Russian Twists with Ball Slam
Upon the completion of the above 3 movements, get back on the Runner and resume your running until the next 3 min time interval.
