MMA Shredded: AssaultBike + Shadowboxing KILLER Workout for Fighters

Watch Jeff Chan from MMA Shredded take on the AssaultBike using a simple HIIT and shadowboxing workout to get in fight shape! The workout will consist of 10 sets of 20 second sprints on the bike, followed by 40 seconds of active recovery.
